1. Services

EVENT DYNAMICS LLC provides event planning and coordination services as described on our website.

2. Booking and Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Final payment is due 14 days before the event. Prices are quoted in USD.

3. Cancellation and Force Majeure

In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit is non-refundable. EVENT DYNAMICS LLC is not liable for failures or delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather conditions common in Florida, pandemics, or government restrictions.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for the actions of third-party vendors.

5. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County.

6. Intellectual Property

All images and content on this site are owned by EVENT DYNAMICS LLC or used with permission. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
